Wrapping Up the Kampusklubi Mentoring Program 2025–26

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a wrap-up event for the participants of the Kampusklubi Mentoring Program 2025–26.

The meeting concluded the program nicely, creating space for shared reflection, group work, and networking with participants from other mentoring groups.

Feedback survey results revealed that the following topics and experiences were valued most during the mentoring journey:

• Company visits and real‑world industry exposure

• Gaining understanding of the working culture and expectations towards young employees

• Developing professional networks and relationships

• Openness, sharing knowledge and experiences

• Direct interaction between students and industry experts

Mentors for the 2025–26 program came from our member companies: Valmet, Dynaset, Nokia, and Sandvik.

This year, each mentor guided an international student group, enabling over 30 Tampere University students from different fields to participate.
