We had the pleasure of hosting a wrap-up event for the participants of the Kampusklubi Mentoring Program 2025–26.

During the final session of this year's programme, visiting industry expert Sarmad Salman shared their inspiring journey into Finnish working life and introduced life at Nokia.

The panel discussion provided direct answers to the students' burning questions about recruitment and working life.   The representatives from Kampusklubi member companies shared their expertise and practical tips on targeting job search, communicating your skills, and preparing for an interview.  The conversations continued lively after the panel discussion, and we had a couple of company stands in the lobby for networking as well. Tampere University's Research to Business teams pitched their ideas to the audience and guest commentators at Kampusareena on October 30, 2025. The GATE Pitching event brought together experts and Tampere Universities R2B teams.

This time, the Kampusklubi Mentors took on small international student groups, which enabled over 30 Tampere University students from different fields to be accepted into the program.
