For whom the program is intended?

The Kampusklubi Mentoring Program is intended for all students at the end of their bachelor’s degree and all master’s degree students. We warmly welcome international students to participate as well. This academic year, the program is arranged third time, now as a group mentoring with 3-5 students per group.

The program offers a special opportunity to discuss with experienced industry representative. Please note that the number of available mentors is limited, and that the mentoring program is not a recruitment channel.

With your mentoring group, you will have the opportunity to discuss working life, your studies, career paths, and job seeking. In the international groups, you will also have the opportunity to meet students from different cultural backgrounds and gain new perspectives. An important part of group mentoring is sharing experiences and supporting other group members together with the mentor.

Who are the Mentors?

The mentors come from Kampusklubi member companies with various backgrounds, such as management, talent acquisition, product development, marketing, or production.

You can check all Kampusklubi members here: https://www.kampusklubi.fi/members.

Confirmed mentors/mentor companies are listed further on this page, and you can let us know your preferred options on the application form.

Program schedule

The mentoring groups commit to meeting four times during the program between late October 2025 and March 2026. The detailed schedule will be agreed upon with your mentor and group members during the first meeting, following the program framework provided by Kampusklubi.

Before the actual start of the program, an information session will be held on October 9, from 10-11 a.m. at Kampusareena auditorium A223. At the session, the program, its goals, and the application process will be presented. The application period continues after the information session until October 15.

After the information session and confirming the selected student mentees, a Kick-off event will be held on October 29. At the kick-off, the groups will have the opportunity to meet all the mentors as well as other participants. The event will also serve as the groups' first meeting of the total of four.
