The final session of "Building Pre-Professional Identity with Industry Stakeholders" programme was led by member company Nokia

During the final session of this year's programme, visiting industry expert Sarmad Salman shared their inspiring journey into Finnish working life and introduced life at Nokia. 

The discussions on the characteristics of Finnish working life and recruitment helped students understand expectations placed on young graduates, employees, and colleagues from different perspectives. 

This four-part series of working life skill seminars for Tampere University international degree students was organized with the support of Kampusklubi, Tampere Chamber of Commerce, and industry.
